Returns and Exchanges

VR Marine accepts returns up to 15 days. 

Merchandise conditions:
All the returns will be inspected as soon as it arrives. The items that qualify for return/exchange are the ones that meet the following conditions:

  • New (Unused)
  • Original packaging.
  • The products must contain all the labels and instructions from the manufacturer

Return and Exchange period:
Exchange or return your item anytime from the day you receive the product within the timeframe below:

15 days for all products.
You have 10 days after receiving a return authorization. If the product is not received within the return window, the Return Authorization will no longer be valid. 

Please Contact VR Marine and we will email you a Return Authorization after your request for return. Please include the Return Authorization in the package to be returned/exchanged.

Please send us the tracking number of the returned package as soon as you have it. Use a shipping company that can provide you with this number. VR Marine is not responsible for packages that are not traceable or that are not delivered to us. Please note that if the returned product(s) have a high commercial value, you must include insurance on the shipment, as returns or exchanges are not made for damaged merchandise.

We will not accept the return of any used, soiled, or damaged items or items that are not in their original packaging with all component parts, and tags.

VR Marine is not responsible for shipping charges for returned items unless an incorrect item was sent to the customer from VR Marine.

Refund Method:
Your refund will be in the same form as the original payment.
